A major manhunt is underway this morning for a man accused of breaking into a home in Far Northern NSW and sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
It’s understood an 18-year-old woman was inside a home in Banora Point around 9.30am on February 1, when a man broke into the property.
He’s accused of grabbing her and sexually touching her before threatening her and then running out of the house on foot.
Thankfully, the woman wasn’t physically hurt in the ordeal.
Officers from the Tweed/Byron Police District have now released CCTV vision and images of a man they are looking to find as they continue investigations.
Can you help police as they investigate an alleged break-in and sexual touching at Banora Point earlier this year?
Anyone with information that may assist investigators is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
