Tom Brady has dropped a massive bombshell, confirming he will return to the NFL next season.
Just two months after announcing his retirement, the legendary quarterback confirmed on social media on Monday morning that he will be making a comeback.
“These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands,” he wrote.
“That time will come. But it’s not now.
“I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG.”

It comes not long after Brady sent the world into a spin when responding to a question being asked by football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo about his retirement.
Brady posted a video on Instagram of himself and Ronaldo having a conversation following a Manchester United game.
Ronaldo can be heard asking Brady, “You’re finished, right?” causing him to pause and smile before responding.
Brady’s answer couldn’t be heard but his smile was enough to send social media into a frenzy – and it turns out the fans were right!
