Tobacconist in Logan destroyed in suspicious blaze

A tobacconist has gone up in flames in Logan Central this morning.

The blaze erupted at the business along Wembley Road just after 2am and has caused extensive damage.

Police believe the fire was deliberately lit.

A crime scene has been declared and investigations are ongoing.

No one was injured in the incident.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity at the time of the fire, or who may have CCTV, to contact them.
