Three people are dead and one other has been seriously injured after a horror crash on the Sunshine Coast involving an allegedly stolen car.
Emergency services rushed to the Bruce Highway at Federal just after 4am after a collision involving three vehicles.
Three people were critically injured and died at the scene.
A man in his 30s was taken to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury.
There are reports one of the vehicles had been stolen at knifepoint on Thursday afternoon.
The southbound lanes of the Bruce Highway have been closed to all traffic.
