The Queensland Premier will likely be forced to make an apology today for allegedly lying to State Parliament.
Steven Miles has come under fire after he adamantly claimed he did not send a text message to fellow MP Ali King during Question Time last year, as she was facing criticism for a health jobs controversy.
However, leaked photographs now appear to show he did send the message.
While there are no rules against sending a text, Mr Miles could be in trouble for misleading parliament.
The Premier has labelled it as a simple lapse in memory, but it’s likely the State Opposition will use it to question his integrity in Parliament on Tuesday.
