Investigations are underway after a nasty car crash in Logan overnight.
Emergency services were called to Greenbank Road in Nort Maclean Road after a vehicle crashed into a tree.
Two women were briefly assessed at the scene before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while the female passenger suffered serious conditions.
Both are now recovering in hospital.
The Forensic Crash Unit is now investigating, and anyone with information is being urged to come forward.
