UPDATE | Police have now charged a second man over the alleged stabbing murder of a bikie associate in Brisbane.

Levi Johnson was allegedly ambushed in the carpark of a gym in Mansfield on Monday afternoon.

He was then chased onto a nearby road and allegedly stabbed multiple times.

A 34-year-old was arrested nearby a short time later and subsequently charged with weapons offences.

Police have now also charged him with one count of murder.

He is due to front Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

Another 34-year-old man was arrested during a raid in Birkdale on Wednesday.

He has been charged with one count each of murder, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing a weapon and contravening an order (digital device).

The man will also appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

Police are still searching for 35-year-old Thomas Myler and 24-year-old Kyle Martin.

Detectives say the pair are considered dangerous and possibly armed and should not be approached.
