A motorcyclist has died in Logan following a horrific crash while trying to overtake.
Police say the 60-year-old man was passing a truck and trailer on the left-hand side at the intersection of Beaudesert Beenleigh Road and Carl Heck Boulevard in Windaroo around 11.40am on Friday.
He lost control and fell, colliding with the truck.
The rider from Whiteside sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
