A man has died and three teenagers have been badly injured following a horror crash in the Scenic Rim.
The Toyota Corolla hatchback was travelling along Wimmers Hill Road in Milford just before midnight on Saturday when it lost control and smashed into a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old Boonah man, tragically died at the scene after suffering critical injuries.
A 14-year-old boy was airlifted from the scene to Queensland Children’s Hospital in a critical condition.
Another 14-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were transported to Ipswich Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash and is appealing to anyone with information or relevant dashcam/CCTV footage to come forward.
