Light plane crashes in Logan

Emergency services have rushed to Logan this morning after a light plane crashed.

The medical transfer plane had to make an emergency landing near the train tracks in Hillcrest around 6.00am on Friday.

Miraculously, all those on board appear to be okay.

Queensland Ambulance have confirmed one person, believed to be the female pilot, is being assessed for minor injuries.

It’s expected she’ll be taken to Logan Hospital for further treatment.
