A man and woman have been injured in a hit-and-run incident in Alexandra Hills in the Redlands.
They were struck by a vehicle at a business along Finucane Road at around 11.30pm Saturday night.
A white 2004 Mitsubishi Pajero with Queensland registration 015BE4 was spotted leaving the scene around the time of the incident.
The 25-year-old woman suffered serious injuries, including head and abdominal injuries and was rushed to hospital.
The 24-year-old Victoria Point man sustained minor non-life-threatening injuries and was also hospitalised.
Police are appealing to the driver, or anyone with information about the vehicle or the incident, to come forward.
Investigations are continuing.
