A major investigation is underway after the bodies of a man and woman were found inside a home southwest of Brisbane.
Police made the grim find inside a Doolandella property around 7.00pm on Tuesday after a neighbour called triple-zero.
“Initial investigations indicate the two people, both in their thirties, were known to each other,” Queensland Police said.
Forensic Officers have spent the night combing through the property trying to determine exactly what happened.
“A crime scene remains at the property this morning, and investigations into the circumstances of their deaths are ongoing,” a police spokesperson said.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the vicinity of Redhead Street before 7pm to come forward.
