A woman has tragically died after a car drove through a house in Sydney’s west this morning.
Emergency Services rushed to a home in St Mary’s around 5.20am, with paramedics treating the 50-year-old woman, but she sadly could not be saved and died at the scene.
Following the crash, it’s alleged a woman ran from the scene with her baby before being stopped by police.
She’s since been arrested and taken to Nepean Hospital for mandatory testing.
The three other occupants of the home were uninjured.
A crime scene has now been established, which will be examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.
