A man will appear in court today charged with murdering his partner after her body was found inside an apartment in Sydney’s west.
The 32-year-old was arrested in the early hours of yesterday following the grim discovery of 28-year-old Dayna Isaac’s body inside her Penrith apartment.
It’s understood the alarm was raised when the mother of two failed to pick her children up from daycare.
The young woman’s vehicle was also found burnt out in bushland at Castlereagh shortly after her body was found.
Her partner, who she had reportedly only recently started dating despite being friends for some time, will front Penrith Local Court today charged with her murder.
He was refused bail overnight.
