A common household gardening product has been recalled from Bunnings stores due to a “serious” health risk.

Three types of Roundup Weedkiller 5-litre refill packs have been pulled from shelves nationally.

The recall includes Roundup F Weedkiller Fast, as well as Roundup P Weedkiller Path, and Roundup T Weedkiller Tough.

Product Safety Australia warns there is a risk that the user may be exposed to the contents of the product due to packaging damage.

Exposure to the product may cause “serious eye irritation”.

The batches impacted were sold in all Bunnings stores from 1 March 2022 to 16 September 2022.

Consumers are urged to stop using the affected products and to contact the Evergreen Garden Care Consumer Advice Line on 1800 635 797 if they are in possession of a damaged contained.
