Optus customers across the country have been left with no service following a mass outage on the network.
The first reports of the outage came in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
It’s believed to be affecting internet and phone services, leading people unable to make calls, text of use the internet. Customers only have SOS calls available to them.
Other providers that are operated by Optus including Dodo, Southern Phone and Amaysim have also been impacted.
A message on the Optus website says: “Our engineers are currently investigating a network fault that is impacting Optus Mobile and Fixed customers”.
It is not yet known how long it will take for the issue to be fixed.
