A woman has been hospitalised after suffering a nasty foot injury in a horror accident on the Gold Coast overnight.
The woman, aged in her 20s, reportedly got her foot caught in a lifting device on a truck.
It happened at a home in Ashmore just before midnight.
She suffered a significant foot injury and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The young woman was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
