Woman pulled from pool in Surfers Paradise

A woman is recovering in hospital after nearly drowning in Surfers Paradise.

Emergency crews rushed to a location off Surfers Paradise Boulevard around 9pm on Sunday, after receiving reports a woman had been pulled from a pool.

The woman, aged in her 50s, was treated at the scene by paramedics.

She was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital, where she remains in a stable condition this morning.
