A woman has been hospitalised following a nasty late-night crash in the Gold Coast hinterland.

Emergency crews were called to Repeater Station Road in Springbrook just after 11pm on Thursday following reports of a serious accident.

Upon arrival, they found a car had lost control and rolled.

A woman, aged in her 30s, suffered a pelvis injury.

She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
