A 32-year-old woman has been charged with murder after the body of a man was discovered in Logan.
The 72-year-old was found “unconscious and not breathing” at a home along Basie Court in Browns Plains on Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews desperately worked to save the man, but he could not be revived.
The woman, who is known to the man, was taken into custody at the scene.
She has since been charged with Murder (domestic violence offence) and will front Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
Police say investigations are ongoing.
