Police have released vision of a vehicle they are hoping to track down following the stabbing of a man in Southport earlier this month.
The 42-year-old was stabbed outside a home on Eugaree Street just after 9pm on July 17.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
Detectives have now revealed that a silver four-wheel-drive was seen leaving the scene directly after the incident.
They’re hoping someone will be able to recognise the vehicle, which has distinctive spotlights.
Anyone who may be able to identify the driver is being urged to come forward as investigations continue.
