Police have released vision of two balaclava-clad men following a motorbike theft at a local business on the Gold Coast.

The duo forced their way into a Biggera Waters business on Gateway Drive around 3.30am on April 3, before loading three motorbikes onto a stolen trailer.

The three bikes stolen were stolen: a 2018 KTM500, a 2022 KTM500 and a 2020 KTM250.

“They loaded the trail bikes onto a distinctive trailer with a large ‘equipment box’ on the front,” a QPS statement reads.

“The vehicle used is a black 2009 Ford Ranger dual cab with a tray back and large toolbox. The trailer, with Queensland registration FI3275, was parked on Pine Ridge Road at Biggera Waters and was stolen sometime between March 31 and April 3.”

The trailer is a custom-built trailer, blue and red in colour with a large box on the front, and still has not been found.

Detectives urge anyone who recognises the men, ute or trailer to contact police.
