Police have released CCTV as they continue to hunt two men believed to be behind the theft of expensive drones at the same hobby shop in Logan last month.

The pair is accused of targeting the same store on two occasions, managing to get away with drones and a number of other items.

The first theft occurred around 1.30pm on June 20, when a man driving a white Toyota Corolla sedan without registration plates pulled into a carpark on Central Court.

“The man entered and spent time wandering around the hobby shop before asking staff to view a drone,” Qld Police said.

“As the attendant was packing the drone away the man grabbed the bag and ran from the store fleeing in the Toyota Corolla”.

Just nine days later, a white Toyota Corolla sedan bearing false Queensland registration 788VGV pulled up outside the hobby business around 2.30am.

Two people, one armed with a sledgehammer, gained entry to the rear of store before stealing a quantity of property, including drones before fleeing the scene.
