Aussie sensations DOZZI – who have ingrained themselves in Nashville’s local scene, are thrilled to be returning home for this year’s Groundwater Country Music Festival (CMF), which kicks off this weekend from Friday, 28 October.
The Australian-born sibling group consisting of Andrea, Jesse and Nina Dozzi released their first Nashville-based EP, ‘Worth the Wait’ in 2019 which was recognised in Rolling Stone and Billboard.
Soon after in early 2020, the ladies performed at the Global APRA Music Awards in Nashville alongside Seaforth and CMA Music Festival and are now regular performers at downtown venues such as Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Blake Shelton’s Ole Red in Nashville.
DOZZI told myGC they are looking forward to returning to the Groundwater CMF stage and reconnect with their Aussie fans.
“Before we moved to Nashville we played this festival and we are so happy to be back again playing for Aussies again,” Andrea Dozzi said.
“We’re so excited to play here, we haven’t played here in so long, we’re just going to have the best fun on stage and we hope that flows onto the audience and they have fun too,” Jesse Dozzi said.
