A man is fighting for life and a second man is being treated after a mystery stabbing at a Surfers Paradise hotel.
Police and emergency services were called to the hotel on the Gold Coast Highway around 3.45 am on Thursday.
According to QAS, one male had life-threatening stab wounds to his chest and back.
A second male had suffered stab wounds to his thighs.
Both men were transported by paramedics to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
It remains unclear what sparked the stabbing with Police saying no complaint has been received from either man at this stage.
