Three people have been injured following a nasty crash in Robina this afternoon.
Two cars collided on the corner of Tullamarine Drive and Cheltenham Drive around 2.45pm – with the impact causing one of the vehicles to roll over onto its side.
Four people have been assessed at the scene by paramedics, with three requiring further treatment.
The trio have been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital, thankfully all in stable conditions.
A QAS spokesperson couldn’t confirm the age or gender of any of the patients.
However, there are reports there may be some high school students involved.
Traffic has been affected eastbound along Cheltenham Drive.
