Trio hospitalised in multi-vehicle Gold Coast smash

Three people have been hospitalised a nasty smash in Ashmore this morning

Emergency Services rushed to Southport Nerang Road and Ashmore road just after 7am.

Three cars collided at the major intersection, injuring three people.

The trio escaped with just minor injuries and have been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital.

They are all thankfully in a stable condition.

Q-FES also attended the scene, along with Queensland Police.
