Motorists are being warned of heavy delays on the Pacific Motorway due to a large truck fire.
The b-double erupted into flames southbound just before Exit 69 at Nerang around 8.30am.
Two lanes are currently blocked, causing traffic chaos for morning motorists.
At the time of writing (8.35am) delays were already back to Pimpama, with traffic also starting to build northbound.
It’s not known at this stage if anyone has been injured, with emergency crews currently on their way to the scene.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area if possible.
