Three juveniles have been arrested over a series over an alleged early morning crime spree across the northern Gold Coast.
A service station on Millennium Circuit at Helensvale was allegedly targeted around 3.40am on Thursday, before a post office on Vaughan Drive at Ormeau was hit a short time later.
Another service station on Global Plaza Drive in Oxenford was then allegedly broken into.
It’s also alleged the gang attempted to break into a tobacco store on Arthur Way in Ormeau but failed.
A stolen Toyota Corolla linked to the crime spree was spotted being dumped in Surfers Paradise around 5am.
Three 17-year-old boys were taken into custody at the scene.
They’ve since been charged with six counts of enter with intent and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and will front Southport Childrens Court at a later date.
Police are still searching for two other people in connection to the break-ins.
