A teenager has had a lucky escape after being pulled from the water at The Spit.
It’s understood the girl got into trouble while swimming off Seaworld Drive in Main Beach at around 10.45am.
Multiple paramedics were called and treated the girl at the scene.
However, the teen has since declined further treatment in hospital.
QAS say she was in a stable condition.
