A teenage boy is fighting for his life following a nasty e-scooter crash in Helensvale.
The boy suffered signficant head injuries after coming off the scooter on the corner of Latrobe Avenue and Bowen Court around 9.15am.
He was rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
A woman, aged in her 20s, also suffered facial injuries in the crash but was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
