Two Gold Coasters are starting the week a whole lot richer but they might not even know it yet.

The two tickets purchased on the Gold Coast were among 12 division one winners in Saturday’s lotto draw.

They each have $451,772.22. waiting for them to claim.

One of the entries was purchased at Treetops Plaza News in Burleigh Waters.

The second entry was bought at QuikStop Minimart & News on Connor St in Burleigh Heads.

“It’s very likely these winners are oblivious to the fact they’ve scored more than $450,000 over the weekend,” The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said.

“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Saturday Gold Lotto ticket at either Treetops Plaza News or QuikStop Minimart & News to check their tickets today!

“From old shopping bags and fridge doors to car gloveboxes and sock drawers, our unregistered division one winners have hidden their tickets in weird and wonderful places.

“We wouldn’t be surprised if the elusive winners had placed their ticket in a spot for safekeeping and forgotten about it.

“Imagine how exciting it would be to realise you’ve just won more than $450,000! Your plans for the rest of the year would be sure to change.

The winning numbers were 4, 25, 23, 7, 21, 9, while the supplementary numbers were 6 and 11.
