The Gold Coast’s property market continues to go from strength to strength.

Fresh data from InfoTrack has revealed the most popular suburbs across Queensland for house and unit sales, with multiple Gold Coast suburbs making the list.

Coolangatta has made the top ten for unit sales for the first time, with the beachside suburb debuting at number nine.

After last appearing in the top 10 list a year ago, Broadbeach has also made its first appearance for 2024, coming in at number 10.

The result confirms the strong attraction of the Gold Coast, with Surfers Paradise number one on the list for unit sales once again, a position it’s held for more than two years.

While for house sales between 1 July and 30 September this year, the suburb of Pimpama topped the list – coming in at number one in Queensland for the very first time.

“Pimpama has been steadily growing in popularity over the past 12 months and is up from fourth spot last quarter, to now be sitting in top spot,” InfoTrack’s Head of Property Lee Bailie said.

“It’s equal distance to the heart of the Gold Coast and the Brisbane CBD makes it a very attractive commuter suburb, and a new train station is also under construction, boosting accessibility.”

Nearby Upper Coomera came in at number seven on the list.
