A major rescue operation is currently unfolding at Tamborine Mountain.
A person, believed to be a man, has fallen around 25 metres down an incline at Cedar Creek Falls.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson told myGC the patient has suffered head and leg injuries.
Thankfully, he is in a stable condition.
A rescue chopper has been tasked to the scene to help with the vertical extrication.
