UPDATE @ 7.30AM | Major delays continue for motorists travelling to Brisbane after a multi-vehicle pile-up on the Pacific Motorway at Greenslopes.
Up to 15 cars were involved in the crash which happened in the northbound lanes near Juliette St just before 6am.
Paramedics have assessed 13 patients with seven of those transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Seven others did not require transport.
Diversions remain in place at Gaza Rd, however, one lane has been reopened for traffic stuck behind the accident.
Northbound delays stretch back 17 kilometres.
There are also reports of a separate northbound smash at Shailer Park adding to the delays.
Delays also continue on the Gateway Motorway after an earlier accident at Mt Gravatt.
EARLIER | Motorists heading to Brisbane this morning are urged to delay their trip or give themselves extra time after a big accident on the Pacific Motorway at Greenslopes.

All northbound lanes are currently blocked with delays already back to Eight Mile Plains.
Traffic is being diverted at the Gaza Rd off-ramp.
Paramedics are currently on scene assessing 13 patients.
Compounding the delays is a separate accident on the Gateway Motorway near the Capalaba Rd on-ramp at Mt Gravatt.
