Police have ramped up their search for a young woman feared missing in a creek at Biggera Waters.
They’ve released an image of a dress in the hopes someone will be able to help identify who it belongs to.
The piece of clothing was found on a bridge, near where the woman was last sighted.
A resident reported seeing the woman jump from the bridge into Biggera Creek around 5pm on Tuesday and fail to resurface.
An extensive search involving water police and divers has been underway ever since, but there’s so far been no trace of the woman.
She is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a slim build, aged in her late teens to early 20s.
Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the clothing and may know the identity of the woman, or has any information to assist in locating her, to immediately come forward.
