Investigations are underway following a large blaze at an industrial building in Burleigh.
The fire erupted inside a commercial building along Newcastle Street around 4am on Tuesday.
Three fire crews were called to the scene to battle the flames, which had completely engulfed the property.
It’s not yet known what sparked the inferno, however, a fire investigator will be heading back to the scene this morning to try and piece together the cause.
Queensland Police have also been attached to the investigation with a crime scene declared.
