Police are investigating after a suspected stolen car was found engulfed in flames on the Gold Coast.
Traffic Management was the first to spot the blaze on their cameras around 12.30pm, noticing the vehicle on fire at the Smith Street off-ramp in Gaven.
They alerted fire crews, who rushed to the scene to find a Nissan 350Z well alight.
Crews managed to extinguish the blaze, however the vehicle was destroyed.
A Queensland Police spokesperson confirmed to myGC that they are treating the fire as suspicious.
Initial investigations suggest the car was stolen.
