The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a horror accident in Robina that’s left a pedestrian fighting for life.
The man, aged in his 30s, was struck by a bus near the intersection of the Crestway and Christine Avenue just before 3.00pm on Wednesday.
He suffered significant head injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
Multiple emergency crews were called to the scene, with traffic diversions put in place.

An investigation is now underway to determine exactly what occurred.
