A man and woman have been injured in a nasty crash between a moped and car on the northern Gold Coast.
The vehicles collided along the Old Pacific Highway at Oxenford just before 12.30pm on Monday.
Multiple paramedics, including the High Acuity Response Unit, were called to the scene.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson told myGC the man and woman were treated for various injuries.
They have since been taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
It’s the second moped crash on the Gold Coast in just days after a man was critically injured after colliding with a car in Bundall on Friday.
The rider of the moped suffered a significant head injury in the collision along Ashmore Road and was rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
