Two police officers have been taken to hospital after a police van collided with another vehicle in Varsity Lakes.
The two-car collision happened at the busy intersection of Scottsdale Drive and Reedy Creek Road just after 11.30am on Wedensday.
A Queensland Police spokesperson confirmed to myGC that two male officers were taken to Pindara Private Hospital for observation following the accident.
A man in his 50s was complaining of neck pain, while a man in his 30s appeared to be uninjured but was still hospitalised as a precaution.
The driver of the other vehicle, a woman, declined transport to hospital.
Traffic was initially being diverted in the area, however, has since returned to normal.
