A Gold Coast father has generously gifted his $100,000 lottery win entirely to his son.
The man from Robina found out early this morning that he won the 1st prize in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot, which was drawn last week.
He’s decided to give the six-figure sum to his lucky son as a thank you for all he’s done for him.
“My son has helped me out tremendously in recent years,” he says.
“Once I receive the money, I’ll transfer it straight into his bank account. He will be super chuffed to hear about it today.”
The father was too busy at work to check his lottery tickets until early this morning saying it is “wonderful news for my Monday morning”.
He plans to “hit the town” for a nice dinner to celebrate with his son tonight.
His winning entry of two random numbers was purchased online.
