Two men have been hospitalised following separate crashes on the Gold Coast.
The first occurred around 6.40pm last night, when a motorcycle lost control along Nexus Drive in Pimpama.
The rider, a man in his 20s, fortunately managed to escape with only abrasions.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Just after 6.00am this morning, emergency crews were called to the Pacific Motorway at Nerang following reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
It’s understood a number of cars collided in the northbound lanes.
A man suffered minor injuries and has also been taken to the Uni Hospital in a stable condition.
