The Forensic Crash Unit has launched an investigation into a fatal motorbike crash in Logan.
The motorbike was travelling along Compton Road in Underwood around 3.35pm on Sunday when it suddenly slammed into the back of a flat-bed truck.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 63-year-old Slacks Creek man, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or anyone with relevant dashcam vision, to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
