A man has been left with serious injuries after falling from a balcony in the heart of the Surfers Paradise party precinct.
Emergency services were called to Cavill Avenue around 6.45pm on Saturday after receiving reports a man had falling around six metres from a balcony.
When they arrived, the found a man in his 30s with a serious leg injury.
He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
