Man suffers injuries in fall at storm-damaged Gold Coast property

A man has been injured in a horror fall at an Upper Coomera home.

The man in his 40s slipped over 3 metres off a storm-damaged retaining wall around 8am today.

He’s suffered head, chest, abdominal and spinal injuries.

Multiple paramedics rushed to the scene at the private property and treated the man.

He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition for treatment.
