A man has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a horror fall at a Gold Coast work site.
Queensland Ambulance confirmed paramedics rushed to the site along The Esplanade in Palm Beach around 8am on Monday.
A spokesperson has told MyGC the worker had somehow fallen through a hole, plummeting anywhere between three to nine metres.
The man in his 60s was treated by The High Acuity Response Unit and critical care paramedics for chest and pelvic injuries at the scene.
He’s since been rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
