A man has suffered serious injuries in a nasty crash between two trucks and a car on the northern Gold Coast.
The vehicles collided along Pimpama Jacobs Well Road in Pimpama just after 1.00pm on Monday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson confirmed to Hot Tomato that paramedics are currently treating a man who is in a serious but stable condition with chest injuries.
A woman in her 50s is also being treated for leg injuries, while a second woman, aged in her 40s, was also assessed but managed to escape uninjured.
Pimpama Jacobs Well Road has been closed in both directions, with motorists being urged to avoid the area.
