LATEST @ 5.25PM | A man has died in a shocking motorbike crash on a busy Broadbeach Waters road.
The rider collided with a car along Bermuda Street near Rudd Street around 3.15pm.
An off-duty paramedic rushed to the man’s aid and began performing CPR, however, the man tragically died at the scene.
He is reportedly in his 30s.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area with all Bermuda Street northbound lanes and one southbound lane closed.
Police are continuing to divert traffic through Fremar Street.
Multiple emergency services remain on the scene.

A motorcyclist is in a critical condition after colliding with a vehicle along Bermuda Street around 3.15pm.
A QAS spokesperson confirmed an off-duty paramedic has rushed to the man’s aid.
It’s understood CPR is being performed while awaiting the arrival of ambulances.
Motorists are being strongly urged to avoid the area going north from Rudd Street.
All northbound lanes have been blocked, along with one southbound lane.
Gold Coast motorists are advised that both northbound lanes and one southbound lane of Bermuda Street is closed at Broadbeach Waters, following a traffic crash in the vicinity of Monaco Street. Traffic is being diverted down Fremar Street. #qldtraffic
