Police are on the hunt for two men following a brazen attack in the friendly suburb of Mudgeeraba.
A brawl broke out between three people along Bell Place just before 2pm, right near two local shopping malls.
A QAS spokesperson told myGC they transported a man suffering with a head injury to Gold Coast University Hospital.
He was taken in a stable condition for further treatment.
Two people, who are not known to the victim, fled the scene before police could arrive.
The alleged attackers remain on the run with a police investigation ongoing.
